What we expect from providers
- Hold the licence and insurance your state/county requires, and keep them current.
- Respond to a request within the time you commit to (we show this to homeowners).
- Quote in writing using our format — no hidden scope gaps.
- Never resell or misuse homeowner data.
CostBrick is an information and referral service. We do not perform work, set your prices, or guarantee outcomes. All work is contracted directly between you and the homeowner.
About fees
Joining and receiving requests is free during our launch. If fees are introduced later, every provider will be notified by email in advance — never retroactively.
