Attic insulation

HVAC / AC / furnace
System type, tonnage/BTU, SEER2/AFUE, line set, electrical, ductwork, thermostat, permit, disposal of old unit.
Solar
System size (kW), panel + inverter brands, roof mount vs ground, battery, monitoring, permit + interconnection.
Windows / doors / garage
Count, sizes, frame material, glass package, tempered where required, removal + disposal, trim, permit.
Concrete / driveway / patio
Square footage, thickness, reinforcement, base prep, forms, finish, drainage, demo, permit.
Deck / fence
Linear/square footage, material, height, footings, railing, stairs, gates, stain/seal, permit.
