CostBrick sends you homeowners who already ran a cost estimate and asked for local pricing. During our launch you can join and receive requests at no cost — we will announce any future fees clearly, in advance, and only after the network is established.

2 · Receive requests
Homeowner name, ZIP, project details and the estimate range they saw — with a consent timestamp.
3 · Quote & win
Use the standard format so homeowners can compare you fairly against other providers.
What we expect from providers
- Hold the licence and insurance your state/county requires, and keep them current.
- Respond to a request within the time you commit to.
- Quote in writing using our format — no hidden scope gaps.
- Never resell or misuse homeowner data.
CostBrick is an information and referral service. We do not perform work, set your prices, or guarantee outcomes. All work is contracted directly between you and the homeowner.
About fees
Joining and receiving requests is free during our launch. We are building the provider network first. Before any fee is introduced, every provider will be notified by email, and no charge will ever be applied retroactively.
